The term Extra Virgin Olive Oil refers to the highest grade of olive oil. It must have an acidity level of not more than 0.8% and have perfect colour, flavour and aroma.
Our olives have been grown with organic fertiliser and without nasty sprays. Olives absorb water and nutrients, there’s no need to add sprays into the mix.
The olives are harvested in March/April and are gently carried at most 50m to the shed where we will press them ourselves within a day of picking them. It couldn’t be fresher or purer.
